Creamy Roasted Red Pepper, Fig & Garlic Dressing
This simple recipe can make a tasty sandwich spread, a healthy dip, or a rich dressing for a Meditteranean salad.

Roasted red peppers, if you want to save time, use store bought

F. Oliver’s Ripe Fig Balsamic
¼
C
F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO
¾
c
plain hummus, you can also use store bought
¼
tsp
F. Oliver’s Premium Finger Lakes Flake Salt
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Use more EVOO for a creamier dressing, use less EVOO and balsamic for a more dip like dressing.
