- 1/2 cup F. Oliver’s Roasted French Walnut Oil
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Toasted Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 Celsius). Grease or line an 8x8 inch (20cm x 20cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk Roasted French Walnut Oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in another bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into pieces.
