  • 1/2 cup F. Oliver’s Roasted French Walnut Oil
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Toasted Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 Celsius). Grease or line an 8x8 inch (20cm x 20cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk Roasted French Walnut Oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
  • Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in another bowl.
  • Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before cutting into pieces.
