This limited production Hojiblanca is herbaceous and complex with a big fruit component. This unique oil is possibly their finest batch displaying pronounced notes of stone fruit, sweet green tomato, and savory garden herbs. The finish is pungent with desirable pepper notes and astringency. Note the intense emerald green color.
