Ripe black currants infuse a traditional balsamic to make this sweet dark and very versatile product.

Especially flavorful with fruit or used as a glaze on roasted meat. Drizzle on lemon or vanilla pound cake for a simply elegant dessert.

Pairs beautifully with Fresh Pressed Meyer Lemon, Sage with Wild Harvest Mushroom, and Tunisian Harissa EVOOs.
