Originating only very recently in Spain in 1991, this new Chiquitita cultivar is a cross between the iconic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties. Ours has a sweet, creamy, almond center followed by delicate floral notes and fleeting pepperiness. Sure to be a crowd pleaser, it is ideal for baking.
