Our new program has taken all of the best features of our previous program, in tandem with brilliant customer feedback, to provide an easier and more rewarding system to honor our customers’ loyalty. Our new program aims to celebrate and encourage the discovery of new flavors while rewarding regular engagement with the F. Olivers brand.

Joining is simple and free. Customers interested in our new program will enjoy a hassle-free account setup in-store, at the register, or online using a phone number. Because rewards are tracked via phone number, shoppers can gain reward points at any store location or online.
- Who can join: Open to all customers. Easy sign up in-store or online using your phone number.
- Earning points: Customers earn 1 point for every $30 spent in a single transaction, with a $30 minimum purchase required. (Tastings are always free; shipping not included.)
- Connecting accounts: Use the same phone number for both in-store and online purchases to keep your rewards synced.
Redeeming Your Rewards
The process of redeeming points both online and at any store location is simple. Customers can start earning right away, with every purchase of $30 or more earning 1 point. There’s no expiration date, so you can save points for your next special culinary inspiration or use them as soon as you earn them.
