Join us on Friday, March 24, as we pair fermentation, food and fun and once again host RMSC Uncorked & On Tap, a fundraising event bringing dozens of local food, craft beer, wine and spirit vendors to the museum for an evening of sampling, entertainment and unique insights into the science of wine, beer and spirits. F. Oliver’s will be serving up extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings as well as some popcorn to help you get from tasting to tasting. Tickets include: Tote bags and tasting glass, unlimited tastings, access to seminars, live music and more!
