Learn the basics of how to use F. Oliver’s Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOOs) and Balsamic Vinegars in an intimate setting. We will demonstrate versatile Vinaigrette and Marinade recipes as well as share tips for cooking with EVOOs and Balsamic Vinegars. Taste samples of foods prepared while you’re learning. Come early to enjoy appetizers before the class. Class size limited to 5 people.
