F. Oliver’s at Atlas Eats
March 30, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - March 31, 2018 @ 10:00 pm
Join us at Atlas Eats the last two weekends of March as they cook the foods of Spain and Portugal featuring this year’s F. Oliver’s Northern Hemisphere Single Varietals.
There are two seatings, 6 PM and 8:30 PM Friday and Saturday nights 3/23 and 3/24 and 3/30 and 3/31.
Atlas Eats is the third iteration for a local family whose lives have been steeped in the preparation and service of fine food and fine wine for over 30 years. Wanting to be small and inviting, they chose an old 1920s storefront in Irondequoit off the beaten track. Taking a gamble on location and concept the space design was inspired by global cuisine and their love of maps. Five months of renovations and restorations led to a July 2013 opening.
In a short time Atlas Eats has become a hugely popular breakfast and lunch spot. The from scratch bakeshop is open and provides the diner with a view of the kneading, measuring and mixing involved in producing gorgeous and enticing baked goods on display.
Yet it is the dinner experience at Atlas that sets them apart. The five course prix fixe menu, that changes every two weeks, features the cuisine of one country or region. Atlas recently served its 100th menu in just over 4 years. No repeats. Each menu is meticulously researched and tested by the chef and his daughter sous chef in their open, tidy and efficient restaurant kitchen.
Atlas Eats boasts repeat diners that attend every menu by making reservations for months in advance. The affordability enables their best customers to do just that. Atlas Eats is not to be missed, by anyone!
You must make reservations and these sell out quickly!
