Great experience at F. Oliver’s. First of all, the vinegars and olive oils are phenomenal. The people there are even more so. We were on our way and got stuck in traffic. ETA on GPS said we’d arrive right at/ just after closing time. We called and spoke to Linda. She said she’d ring up our order and have it ready for us and would meet us at the door. We ended up getting there right at closing time. Not only did Linda have our order ready, but she stayed 10 more minutes and let us do some tastings. We’ll definitely be back!
Went today for the first time. Had a few questions. They were extremely helpful and everyone was so good.
Some cool and unique things here. I know that if I am coming here I get at least one cool thing. Store all locals must know.
Just an incredible variety of infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Custom blended and rare spices too.

I’ve learned that infused oil and flavored vinegar can make a big difference in cooking thanks to the knowledge staff at F. Oliver’s. They let me try different products and I found some flavors that I just love. Who knew that raspberry balsamic vinegar was a thing?
We loved having F. Oliver’s in Ithaca, but they sadly closed recently, so we came to Canandaigua for a fun little trip and to shop for their amazing vinaigrettes and EVOOs that you can’t match anywhere else! We had a wonderful time and the woman working there was so kind and took fabulous care of us! Great customer service always feels incredible and we appreciate her and F. Oliver’s for always providing that.
Love this place. Try the lemon balsamic vinegar. It will drizzle onto anything from ice cream to greens.

From their broad range of flavored oils and vinegars (which can all be sampled and combined) to the shelves of different seasonings, to the cordial and knowledgeable staff, you could hardly hope for a better place to find culinary inspiration.

This place is awesome. They have flavored oils, flavored vinegar, spices, mustard, and recipes. The taste pairings were great. Parking lot behind the building is free.

We recently ordered gift baskets from F. Oliver’s to deliver to our referring clients, and they were absolutely fantastic! Emma went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and to allow us to customize our baskets. When we picked them up, they were ready to go and looked beautiful. To top it all off, the staff helped us load my vehicle in the cold and wind. They truly made the experience easy and one which I’m sure we would love to repeat. Thank you, F. Oliver’s!
I live nearby. It never occurred to me – NOT ONCE – to drink olive oil. My Mom was visiting, raved about having tried different “shots” of flavored olive oil & balsamic vinegar combinations before & promised I’d love it. I went to humor her. I was beyond pleasantly surprised! The attendant (?) was SO sweet, patient while answering all my questions & ridiculously knowledgeable! We tried combinations that I never would have DREAMT of, but that I not only *loved*, I almost could have drank them as drinks, not just oil & vinegar! My Mom & I picked a couple bottles for salad dressings & marinades, but better yet, they had TONS of spices, too, including a blend of local spices that made the *perfect* gift for family members! If you love cooking, definitely check them out! If you not only *don’t* love cooking but also think drinking olive oil is weird, STILL GO! They’ll talk to you, find out what flavors you may like & then make you swoon with a free sample of an AMAZING combination of flavors that will make you forget you’re drinking oil! I highly recommend this store not just for great gift ideas (from mini gifts to entire gift baskets!), but also for a very unique but amazing tasting experience!

Fantastic oils. You really can’t get oils quite like these anywhere else. Definitely worth the price tag.
If you are into cooking, this is the place for you! You are welcome to sample every single type of olive oil and vinegar (and there are alot!) they carry. There is no pressure. Staff will even blend a couple of flavors for you to try. Great gifts!
My wife and I were visiting our friends and happened upon your shop in Skaneateles, the staff was great, we each bought a few oils and vinegars in the small bottles…. holy crap what a mistake… we opened them up last night and are hooked…the dark chocolate and blood oranges are to die for….yum.. planning to order on-line, we cannot get enough of all the stunningly crisp clear flavors…. absolutely the very best in flavored oils and vinegars we have ever had!
