
Creamy Roasted Red Pepper, Fig & Garlic Dressing
This simple recipe can make a tasty sandwich spread, a healthy dip, or a rich dressing for a Meditteranean salad.

Ingredients
- ½ Roasted red peppers, if you want to save time, use store bought
- ¼ C F. Oliver’s Ripe Fig Balsamic
- ¼ C F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO
- ¾ c plain hummus, you can also use store bought
- ¼ tsp F. Oliver’s Premium Finger Lakes Flake Salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Use more EVOO for a creamier dressing, use less EVOO and balsamic for a more dip like dressing.
