Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 c F. Oliver’s Smoky Chipotle EVOO
  • 1/4 c F. Oliver’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • Parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except for parsley and F. Oliver’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic in a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to serving bowl.
  • Add a swirl of F. Oliver’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic and a few sprigs of minced parsley.
