Pasta Salad


  • 12 oz. bag Tri-Color Veggie Pasta Spirals
  • 8.5 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 head Broccoli, chopped in small pieces
  • 1/4 block Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tsp. F. Oliver’s Smoky Chipotle EVOO
  • 5 tsp. F. Oliver’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic
  • 1 tsp. Soy or Tamari Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Boil pasta and strain when soft.
  • Steam broccoli until tender.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the pasta and a small amount of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy hot or cold!
