- 12 oz. bag Tri-Color Veggie Pasta Spirals
- 8.5 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 head Broccoli, chopped in small pieces
- 1/4 block Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes
- 4 tsp. F. Oliver’s Smoky Chipotle EVOO
- 5 tsp. F. Oliver’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic
- 1 tsp. Soy or Tamari Sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Boil pasta and strain when soft.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the pasta and a small amount of salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy hot or cold!
