Marinated Goat Cheese


  • 2 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 c F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO
  • 1 tsp. F. Oliver’s Lemon Bouquet Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Form goat cheese into balls. Pack into a small, lidded jar.
  • Pour in EVOO to cover and add balsamic, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve as a spread with breads or crackers.
