Marinated Goat Cheese
- 2 oz. Goat Cheese
- 1/2 c F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO
- 1 tsp. F. Oliver’s Lemon Bouquet Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Form goat cheese into balls. Pack into a small, lidded jar.
- Pour in EVOO to cover and add balsamic, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve as a spread with breads or crackers.
