Lemon Garlic Crostini


  • 12 Slices Baguette
  • 2 T F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 T Parmesan, shredded
  • 2 tsp. F. Oliver’s Lemon Bouquet Balsamic Vinegar
  • Optional toppings (see below)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Arrange baguette slices on a sheet tray.
  • With a pastry brush, lightly brush each slice with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or u ntil desired crispness.
  • Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.

Optional Toppings

Chopped Garlic Roasted Tomatoes, grilled shrimp or white beans mashed with a few drops of F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO.
