Aioli Dip


  • 1 c prepared mayonnaise
  • 3 T F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO, divided
  • 1 T Dijon Style or Spicy Brown Mustard
  • A pinch ground cayenne pepper, to taste


  • Mix ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour, allowing flavors to mingle.
  • Serve with chilled steamed shrimp or artichokes.
  • Also complements an assortment of crisp, cold raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, celery, red pepper strips, cauliflower, etc.). Great in Deviled Eggs.
