- 1 c prepared mayonnaise
- 3 T F. Oliver’s Heady Garlic EVOO, divided
- 1 T Dijon Style or Spicy Brown Mustard
- A pinch ground cayenne pepper, to taste
- Mix ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour, allowing flavors to mingle.
- Serve with chilled steamed shrimp or artichokes.
- Also complements an assortment of crisp, cold raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, celery, red pepper strips, cauliflower, etc.). Great in Deviled Eggs.
